Patatús is a young mezcal from San Luis Potosí, Mexico, that, thanks to its ancestral process, has unique flavors from the Potosino Altiplano Bocas region, and the agave salmiana crassispina plant, that are perceived as smoky, with hints of herbal and citrus, yet finishing with a sweet and somewhat bitter note.
